MY NEWS:
1) I start my credential classes in the
fall to get my full-time teaching credential for elementary school. I hope to have that done by the end of next year.
2) Australia was a total blast! I couldn't help thinking that I was walking in areas
where both Lost World and Farscape had filmed. :) I want to go back!
3) I now have 6 piano students, and starting in the summer I will again have a voice
student. Those piano and voice lessons are starting to pay off!
4) Being a very busy girl this summer-I go to Vancouver, then down to Mexico, back to
LA, and then to Las Vegas. :)
5) Returned from a very fun time in Vancouver in September, where I got to meet the
original Ned Malone from the pilot! Talked to him about TLW and other things, and I have some pictures! Just click here to

Well, that's me to the side. My name is Jacqueline Barr, and I live in (normally) sunny Southern California. I have 2 brothers
and a dog, and my favorite hobbies are playing the piano, reading, and writing. I am presently on my way to becoming a teacher.
Now, about the Lost World...I came upon this strange show flipping through the channels one day-it was "Cave of
Fear." I decided to watch, and I was hooked. I never missed an episode after that. I even watch the reruns on TNT. I
soon found that my absolute favorite character was Marguerite. I don't know, maybe it's because I'm brunette myself, I usually
like the dark-haired women in a show over the blondes. I also was fascinated by her character. So many secrets, so many layers
and facets to her personality. And, being the romance sap that I am, I LOVED(and still love) her growing relationship with
one John Roxton(and let's face it, Will Snow is a total hottie!). I love the relationship between the characters, and how
they have evolved into a family, with all its ups and downs and quirks. But in the end, they really are true to each other.
I also discovered a wonderful forum through the show's website, which is a lot of fun to visit. Finally, the show also reinforced
the idea that someday, I WILL go and visit Australia! :) The Lost World is an amazing show that I love watching, and I hope
will continue for a long time yet! I hope you all are enjoying this website-please let me know of any ideas, suggestions,
